eventremarks	We have native milkweed, and have planted butterfly weed and 'swamp milkweed' as well as many other butterfly/bee plants. These two monarch were attracted to all. Both laid eggs on the swamp and native milkweed. After counting the 7 caterpillars and noting the many eggs throughout the plants we retired for the day. The next day the caterpillars were all gone but two. We watched a robin living on our property attempt to eat one. We moved both inside into a habitat to allow them to metamorphoses.
